Introduction A key part of our role is preparing the GP’s patient lists for the day, and making sure all relevant records and information is available to the Doctors. I will also update patient records, and send various communications to patients, hospitals, and others.

In my current job role, I do a variety of admin tasks including subject access requests, reports, and actioning hospital letters.

My role covers a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks like updating patient records and sending recall letters and referrals.  I joined the team in 2009, having worked at HMRC before. I’m full-time and work between our sites on Osborne Road.
