As the Reception Team Lead, I have the same main reception duties along with overseeing queries or complaints from patients, training new members of staff and completing monthly reviews with new staff.

I also do reception team rotas each month along with applying, amending and creating GP and nurse rotas and checking holidays from are correct for the reception team, GPs and nurses.
