My role allows me to interact with patients on a day to day basis whether by telephone or face to face ensuring that their needs are being met.

My responsibilities varies from helping patients with their GP appointments and or prescriptions, along with with general information and queries, to administrative tasks which entail results and other vital information of our patients which needs to be scanned into our secured system and onto their records for their wellbeing, safety and general upkeep.
