You have been scheduled for an appointment at our Enhanced Access Hub, located at 200 Osborne Road.
On arrival, please speak to the Receptionist on duty, who will check you in for your appointment.
You will be called through when your clinician is ready to see you.
There is a waiting room and toilet facilities.
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so as early as possible so the slot can be made available to another patient.
During our standard opening hours (8:00 am to 6:30 pm) please call us directly on 0191 285 1119 to cancel.
